About Us
A desire to serve God and see others succeed in life has always been the driving forces in my life. I spent most of my working life in various areas of the printing industry but my passion has been to see people “get better”. Whether this has meant counselling through church associations, helping where ever I saw a need or giving away food and clothing to the poor in Fiji, I have always loved people.
I said all my life that I didn’t care about money, and in terms of it controlling me that is true, however I now understand it is a great asset to effectively help others en masse. So in 2003 my wife and I embarked on a significant inner journey to come to terms with the need to become focused on finance to achieve our people goals. With that goal in mind I “retired” from the printing industry and pursued an aggressive, (and expensive), education in property.
The culmination of that education was Raewyn and I getting a proper education at a 3 day event in October 2004. I finished work and decided I would either succeed or fail by giving property my full attention. I was able to amass a portfolio of over three million dollars in property in 4 months and to begin to build a passive income stream that would enable us to give away more than we could ever earn.
By 2006 we had over seven million dollars worth of property and had traded over double that amount.
By 2008 that had become 20 million dollars of buy and hold property and Dean had traded hundreds of millions of dollars in NZ and overseas.
I’ve invested myself heavily over the last several years by mentoring other investors and helping them achieve great results for themselves. Raewyn has been full on keeping the wheels on with finance and accounting.
2011 saw us lose the battle to survive the recession and combined with a criminal business partner we had to terminate our NZ businesses and look to go again.
We will share that journey with you here. Dean is now based in Fiji working with the poor and assisting clients to invest in the USA. Raewyn continues to make sure the wheels that are left stay on!
Our future and hearts lie with the people of Fiji and that is where you will always find us.
