We are just beginners at the property business side of things and have really benefited from your years of expertise and experience. Thanks for being frank and for sharing your knowledge with us. The comments about keeping a balance in your life were particularly timely. It was also really good to see we had already worked out some of the "working at home" tips out on our own but it was still helpful to hear someone reiterate them and give further suggestions. I've always strived to succeed but have never managed to break through, accumulating a lot debt and heart along the way. Then stinking thinking started to settle in making me think that success is only for the lucky ones and I wasnt invited in that team. Due to bad advice and bad tenants my family and i suffered a huge financial lost over the last few of years, that’s really paralyzed me from even trying now. But recently I've started to dream again. I know I have a purpose to fulfil and want to leave a good legacy an inheritance for my kids instead of just debt. Keen to start again. Hooraaa. Hey Dean,
