		<description>It&#039;s as simple as the 80/20 rule.  Why spend 80% effort trying to appease unreasonable people for such little profit?

Tim Ferris in his book The 4-Hour Work Week has a similar approach as above.  He gives the offender a full refund and removes them from the customer list.  Job done!
