You really do help me to think about things on a deeper level and strive to be the best I can be. I seem to have a problem with goal setting that has become a great annoyance and I would like to address this next year. I have set the same goal every new years eve for the past 4 years and will again this year as I/we have not achieved it yet. We don't know if we're aiming too high, not working hard enough towards making it happen or possibly not receiving the right advise to follow it through. However which way we look at it, we can't be doing something right so therefore that must mean we are doing something very wrong. I am my own hardest taskmaster so it doesn't make me feel good to be thinking I am a 51 year old under achiever. Another goal this new year is to put this to rights. Next year Marc and I would like to have a meeting with you to map out a forward plan and discuss strategies to achieve our goals. Where there is a will there is a way. We can't wait! It gets us excited about our future again. We hope you, Raewyn and your family have a funtastic safe new years eve and we are definitely looking forward to catching up with you in the new year.
